I had a great experience with my wisdom teeth extraction. There was absolutely no swelling afterwards which was a pleasant surprise, as I thought that was the norm. This was my concern as I didn't want to take too much time off work. I was recommended to come here by family, and the dentist I had was very professional. 5/5
I saw a gray haired Dentist who was rough, caused me to yelp in pain when he jammed an Xray plate against my throbbing gum & tooth. He told me that I could go somewhere else next time if I was going to carry on like that! .. then he jammed a needle into the gum with no warning, he didn't bother to numb it first or even tell me he was about to do it.. When I cried out in pain again as he jammed the needle in deep, he got angry with me for being in pain and when I said you didn't give me any warning, that hurt a lot, he was sarcastic, very rude, - I said it shouldn't be unusual for his patients to be in pain, I asked him why he couldn't at least show some empathy or understanding towards his patient/s for the pain he caused? He told me I could GET OUT if I was going to argue with him, I had gotten out of his chair up to leave when he told me to SHUT MY MOUTH - I WAS SHOCKED, INSULTED & IN WORSE PAIN THAN WHEN I CAME IN, I left without getting my tooth filled or paying. I was amazed at how truly awful my experience was with him!! I went to my old dentist in Perth, Illawarra Dental who fit me in the next day and It didn't hurt at all.
As a nervous patient I was made to feel very welcome by the friendly staff. The dentist Ryan explained everything and made feel a little less anxious about a root canal. Thanks to everyone concerned.
